• Foreclosure charges:
If less than 50% tenure is served: 4% of POS
If more than 50% tenure is served: 3% of POS

• Processing Fee: 2% of Sanction amount
• Legal and Technical Charges: as actual will be borne by the Customer
• Processing Fee: 2% of Sanction amount
• Registration/Stamp duty Charges: as actual will be borne by the Customer
• Penal Charges: 4% over and above applicable ROI
• Bounce Charges: Rs. 300/- per Bounce
